I mistaken this is soviet book. This book published by Tamil Nadu Textbook Corporation. I read from the Author Jeyamoan that TN govt. has published lot academic books in various fields in Tamil which is a great achievement which has been never surpassed till now. Undoubtedly Those technical / academic Tamil books are also great treasure. Thank you for sharing this.
